A dream realised

Way back, I had a dream that one day I'd fly the family to the seaside for a day out... Well we did it on Saturday! The first pic shows us walking along the cliff path towards Sandown - about 15 mins walk from the airfield. 2nd pic shows the seafront and note the weather had really cheared up - ending up at 26 Degrees C... nice.

The fish and chips were bloody lovely! :-)

The weekend was completed by a Sunday afternoon out on the bike, including a visit to a bike shop with a "hog" (it was Lamb) roast and free test rides!

This just floats my boat. Will it ever happen or be practical? No chance, at least not where I live...

Monday see the start of my new job - working for a charity. I'm really looking forward to this - I had been trying to join the not-for-profit sector for some time...
